Starting from the concept of loft, which basically consists in the renovation and revitalization of unusual crumbling spaces, the project sees the refunctionalisation of an aqueduct. Traditionally perceived as a non-liveable and completely blind object, the aim of urb4nUFO is to transform the structure as a great luminous open space, which gains the all possible solar irradiation thanks to the technological support of the FAKRO windows, translating the whole from a dark and blind space to a bright and perfectly human-conceived space.
